Automated Case Labeler

Automated In-Line Case Labeler

Automated Case Labeling That Fits Your Line

Apply case labels consistently while reducing the time your team spends labeling by hand. The Lynx automated case applicator combines stainless steel construction with flexible application options to fit your production line.

Configured for Your Operation

Your labeling system should fit the way your line runs. We start with your case sizes, label formats, production speed, and available floor space, then configure the applicator around those requirements. Whether you need a label on the side of a case or wrapped around a corner, we help you choose the application method and placement that work for your products.

Available options include side apply, corner wrap, tamp, blow-on, and wipe-on application. The system can connect with scales, scanners, PLCs, print engines, and Lynx software, allowing labeling to work alongside your existing equipment. We’ll work through how product information reaches the printer, where the label is applied, and whether barcode verification or computer vision would benefit your process.

Manage Products and Labels in One Place

The web-based Lynx Product Label Manager gives your team a central place to maintain product information and label formats. When product details or labeling requirements change, you can update the information, preview the label, and review it before sending the changes to production.

Upload and download label formats from your PC, or use NiceLabel’s drag-and-drop designer to create and adjust layouts. Keeping these tasks together makes it easier to prepare labels for different products and batches, review changes, and keep your production team working with the intended formats.

Keep Case Records Connected

Connect your systems to Nexus to keep labeling activity, product runs, and case records together. Your team can review records by product, batch, or production window, making it easier to investigate labeling questions and find the information needed to support a recall.

When an issue comes up, those records give your team a starting point. Instead of piecing together information from separate sources, you can review the recorded case data to help identify which products and production runs need attention.

For operations using other Lynx equipment, the applicator can connect with weighing systems, inventory scanners, and pallet tracking tools. Together, these systems help your team follow the relationship between packs, cases, and pallets, with production and inventory records available through your Lynx software.

Help When Production Needs It

When labels stop printing or an applicator isn’t working as expected, your team needs help finding the cause. Lynx provides remote support to review software settings, troubleshoot printing and application problems, and guide your staff through the next steps.

Our support team can work with your operators and maintenance staff to understand what changed, review the symptoms, and narrow down the issue. Whether the problem involves a label format, product setup, or communication between connected equipment, we help your team determine what needs attention and how to move forward.

With experience in food and meat processing environments, we understand the pressure that equipment downtime puts on production. Flexible support options give your operation access to help with day-to-day questions as well as troubleshooting when a problem interrupts your line.
